This is Camelbak's "Better Sport Bottle" which comes in 3 sizes (1.0L, .75L, .50L). I bought the .75L bottle at Gander Mountain. The bottle has markings on the side to indicate approximate volumes in both oz and ml. This particular bottle has the camelbak Logo on it (Hydrate or Die). It features a flip up bite-n-sip feature. The camalbak bite valve flips up to sip, then flips back down to protect it.
On the inside of the cap the bite valve is attached to a straw so that you don't have to tip the bottle back to get a drink...it just comes through the straw from the bottom of the bottle. This straw can be removed if you would rather tip the bottle to drink....however, because of the design...you won't be able to get the last little bit out of the bottle this way....you will have to open the bottle to get all the liquid out.
So far this bottle seems to be of great quality and I haven't experienced any leaking. The only leaking you might get is if you drink out of it then shake it to stir up any drink you may have in it. I suggest blowing all the liquid out of the mouthpiece/tube when you want to shake the bottle so that there's no chance of the liquid that's in the mouthpiece leaking out.
The bottle features a spot on the top that can be used to carry the bottle with or hook a carabiner to to attach it to your gear.
It is dishwasher safe and comes in several colors.
MSRP: $13.00
