100 mph tape is basically a tactically colored duct tape. Supposedly this was used in the apst as a make shift repair for bullet holes in fighter jets...obviously when fighter jets went low enough and slow enough to get shot my firearms that didn't take them out of the air. Unlike gaffers tape, 100mph tape is a little stronger, but will leave a sticky residue which is extremely difficult to remove. This tape can be found in many colors and widths.
